Refund policy

To start a return or purchase return label click here. Returns must be within 10 days of delivery date or receipt if purchased in-store. Shipping is non-refundable on all orders. Shipping costs for exchanges will be billed separately.

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued for defective or incorrect items when a replacement is not available. Wish reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective.

All other approved returns will be issued as store credit, minus shipping and a $10 restocking fee. Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used online or in-store.

All sales are final on:

  • Raffle items
  • Final sale items
  • Limited releases (QS)
  • Promotional/markdown products

Orders must be picked up within 3 days. Unclaimed orders will be canceled and refunded as store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. This includes updates to name, shipping address, payment method, or items. Cancellations for any reason are prohibited and therefore default to our return policy.

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • New Condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

  • Tags must be attached (when applicable)

Wish is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Use a trackable and insured shipping method.

Defective Product / Incorrect Order:

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Shoe boxes may become damaged during transit to and from our facility. Therefore, a damaged shoe box is not considered to be a product defect and will not be refunded.
