Shipping policy

All orders are subject to 24–72-hour processing time. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen. 

Our International Shipping rates vary based on destination. Simply add product to cart for exact shipping rates.

Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your international order. Additionally, some international orders may receive delays at the destination’s customs office. Unfortunately, Wish cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
