Juneteenth is not only a day to celebrate independence, freedom, and emancipation, but also a time to appreciate each part of our community that encapsulates how we celebrate Juneteenth every day.
We teamed up with Supervsn to collaborate on the "PROTECT THE VSN" capsule of t-shirts released alongside their "Shop Talk" collection which pays homage to barbershops in the black community and the therapeutic space that they provide through conversation and a fresh cut.
To commemorate this collaborative release, we hosted a pop-up with the Supervsn team in-store not only celebrating Juneteenth, but also Father's Day.
With complimentary cuts by local barbers Vu Le & Yosh Benjamin, refreshments by Topo Chico, and sounds by DJ Lachii, we brought that same feeling that the barbershop provides to Wish.
