How do I make a return? 

Online returns are easy.  If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from WishATL.com, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or in-store credit. To make an online return or exchange you must write the return reason on the receipt form that was in your original shipment along with unworn merchandise. You may ship the package to our returns department at:

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse as Wish cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify, what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange. All store credits issued will only be valid for redemption in our online shop, WishATL.com, and are valid for one year from the issue date.

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • New Condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

  • Tags must be attached (when applicable)

  • If you are returning shoes or other footwear, the original box must be included, free of damage and shipping labels

Please note that some product is not eligible for return. If the item you purchased was labeled final sale, limited release, promotional/markdown, we may be unable to process a cancellation or return for these products. For more information contact us at Orders@WishAtl.com

All sales are final on raffle, final sale, limited release, and promotional/markdown product. Orders and/or shipping cannot be modified once submitted. In addition, once an order is submitted cancellations for any reason are prohibited and therefore defaulted to our return policy.

Can all brands be shipped internationally?

International Shipping is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

No, per the request of some of our brands, the following can only be shipped to the countries listed below:

Vans, Vans OTW, Vans Vault (only ships inside the US)

Nike, Jordan, Converse (only ships inside the US)

How many shoes can I order?

To keep buying as fair as possible Wish Atlanta maintains a 1 product per customer rule applying to release shoes, clothing, and all other merchandise sold by Wish Atlanta. Wish Atlanta reserves the right to modify or cancel any online order if need be at any time without notice.
