CELEBRATING BHM: MEET BRIAN WRIGHT
While we continue to celebrate Black History Month, remembering the achievements, contributions, resilience, and legacies, we want to also shed a light on Black creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders leaving their mark in our community, presently and in the future.
We had the chance to learn more about Brian Wright, also known as Bwrightous, the Atlanta-based Co-founder and Executive Creative Director of Six Degrees--a creative marketing agency that develops creative marketing solutions for brands and artists--while he stopped by to check out new arrivals of Ice Cream and Billionaire Boys Club.

Six Degrees provides strategy, branding and design, content production, experiential marketing, and influencer marketing services for companies including Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, Meta, Spotify, HBO Max, XBox, and the NFL.
As Co-founder and Executive Creative Director, I create and build relationships with the brands, artists, and everything in between. I also oversee our creative team, making sure that our agency continues to develop and sell disruptive, innovative ideas for our partners.

I spent several years working with Mike Will Made It as Creative Director and Marketing Director for Ear Drummers, helping launch Rae Sremmurd. When the time was right, me and my partner Dez took the relationships and experience we’d built over the years and started our own creative agency. 5 years later, here we are, making million-dollar campaigns for billion-dollar brands.

We want to educate the next generation of creatives and let them know that there are opportunities for people that look like us in this industry. You don’t have to be an artist, entertainer, or an athlete to have a fun career and make cool stuff.
Be sure to follow us on Instagram at @wishatl as we continue to shine a light on Black creatives throughout the month.
