Just in time for the fall season, a heavy run of Nike Foamposite continues to flood with a first look at the Air Foamposite Pro in a familiar scheme set to release this weekend. While the inspiration hasn’t been directly tied to the luxury fashion brand, the black matte-finished upper, red and green accents, gold lace tips and gum outsole are all typical features of shoes that slapped with the nickname. Be on the look out for the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Gucci” to be released this friday in-store only.

Another retro sneaker release from Nike takes the form of a snakeskin embossed texture in this flashy new “Metallic Tawny” colorway. The upper for this one comes in a scaley leather, while the outsole comes in a milky white. A Tawny orange lines the sneaker and white laces finish off the retro silhouette, which is reminicent of the Jordan 2. Diadora N9000 NYL “French Blue/White”

Coming in an variety of mixed materials, is this new French Blue/White rendition of Diadora’s N9000 silhouette. Red and French Blue accents are featured throughout the silhouette, while black and grey suede tone it down. White mesh on the toe box completes the style. The funky trail model with Huarache inspirations all over it will definitely turn heads in 2015. Project A by ZANEROBE unveils a limited edition sneaker in collaboration with Amsterdam-based footwear label Filling Pieces to commemorate its recent launch at 25 Mercer Street in New York. The low-top silhouette features a signature minimalist aesthetic, utilizing a primarily white base for the premium leather upper with grey overlays at the back. Embossed branding at the tongue and heel provides a nice subtle touch, but what really makes this sneaker special is the individually numbered insole. Numbered from 1-100, you can now cop a pair online bellow.

Coming Soon: Air Jordan 6 Retro Low Black

The Air Jordan 6 Low continues to be an enticing option this summer thanks to some smart colorways that channel a certain classic aesthetic. The latest colorway, the Air Jordan 6 Low “Black/Chrome”, harkens back to the early 2000s as this OG style wasn’t particularly well-received upon its arrival. In fact, a major storyline in Jordan Brand’s 30th Anniversary celebration includes the remastering of the early aught’s Retro+ and LS colorways. With this release you get a little bit of both thanks to the low cut style of the memorable Air Jordan 6 in an ominous all black while metallic chrome accents keep things clean on the midsole stripes, Jumpman branding, and lace locks. Available August 29th for $170, the Black/Chrome 6s are the perfect shoe to transition us into fall and the looming back to school season.

As a continuation to Yoshida Kaban’s 80th anniversary collections, Porter has released a collaborative rendition of the classic adidas Originals Stan Smith silhouette. Retaining the design and form of the timeless 1970s tennis shoe, Porter has reimagined the design’s upper to feature the same fabric used on its Tanker series combined with high quality leather detailing along the side panels and throughout its bright orange branded insole. In addition to adidas archive of the Stan Smith collaborations, Porter’s take is relatively monochromatic and has called on its figurative logo to accent the shoe’s iconic “Endorsed by:” tongue detail.

The Adidas x Raf Simmons collaboration, bringing back some of Adidas long lost performance footwear and reinventing it in his own inimitable style for SS15. Characterised by pink silicone bubbles that play with this classic silhouette, the Raf Simons Ozweego 2 features bright pops of colour sitting against its red uppers in a unique colourway that echoes much of his own design. Constructed with synthetic and mesh uppers sitting on top of an Adiprene midsole and Adiwear outsole, it is finished with a printed three stripe at the heel and a Raf Simons branded bubble at the tongue.

Stampd x PUMA 2015 Summer Capsule

Los Angeles based streetwear label Stampd has teamed up with PUMA once again for a collaborative capsule collection of apparel and footwear, dubbed Stampd Athletics by PUMA. Besides performance-ready garments like breathable tee, crew sweaters, tech leggings and shorts, the capsule also includes a noteworthy footwear silhouette in the form of the Trinomic Sock. Featuring light beige-gray upper with a matching gray and white midsole, perforated toe box and side paneling, and darker gray heel collar. The laceless silhouette is co-branded with the German footwear brand’s signature Formstripe found on the side and the “STAMPD” logo embossed on the tongue.

Jordan Brand continues with their onslaught of 2015 releases from its remastered program with the release of the Air Jordan 9 Retro “Militia Green”. This one comes wrapped in premium leather, while mesh is seen on the tongue. Hints of a rare “Militia Green” are seen throughout the sneaker, while a militia green speckled midsole adds some detail. Jordan’s number 23 is seen on the heel with Jordan branding in multiple spots throughout the sneaker. Look for these to drop this Saturday, August 22nd, in-store only at our Moreland Ave. location.

STAMPD Summer 2015 Headwear Collection

For STAMPD’s Summer 2015 collection, the Los Angeles based label sticks to the script by offering up a set of quilted black and grey hats, coupled with some printed hats as well. Both the black and grey come in a monotone nylon quilt, while the printed ones come in stone print and a dry brush print. The quilted caps both nix the STAMPD branding, but branding is seen on the printed caps. The full line is now available both online and in-store.

Asics takes a streetwear staple and turns it into one of their latest versions of their GEL-Lyte III silhouette with the Japanese textile wrapped design. Besides Japanese denim, the shoe also shows hints of red and yellow for a well rounded constrasting look. The kimono print fabric is seen on the lining near the ankle to complete the shoe. Yeezy season is approaching once again, and with that comes the release of another new Kanye West designed sneaker. After multiple successful shoe releases with Nike, it’s safe to say that Yeezy hasn’t let up in his time with Adidas. Following up on the success of the Yeezy Boost 750, and the grey Yeezy Boost 350, comes this “Pirate Black” version of latter. The sneaker returns with its signature 350 print design, suede on the side panel, and super cozy boost sole. Contrasting detail lacing is a returning feat of the new “Pirate Black” rendition of the sneaker, and the heel tab sees a contrasting red line detail this time around. Something worthy of noting is that the sneaker will come in half sizes this time around. Be on the lookout as a raffle to purchase the sneakers will be up this Thursday, August 20th.
