It is always a privilege to get some love from a well-known establishment like Complex Magazine.  As you probably remember, we had an event back in May with Supra and Terry Kennedy for a pre-release of the infamous TK Society.  The shoe is awesome and the event was real fun.

The latest issue of Complex with Keri Hilsong/Kid Cudi on the cover had a small feature on the TK Society release including a highlight of the Wish stop along the way (shown in the photo below).   During the event some really cool people came through including Stevie Williams, Ben Baller, and even Angel (Supra’s owner and founder).  Although it was a small spot, we’re incredibly greatful for any love that is shown especially when it is coming from our good friends like Supra and Complex.  Thanks guys.

Good times were had on Thursday at the Wish and Nike event.  It was low-key, but very informative.  Nike representatives were in the building to showcase and discuss soon-to-come footwear and apparel releases.  Those in attendance were able to view and then critique some of Nike’s future designs before their release.  Attendee’s also were given bags with free Nike apparel and other freebies.  Post-It Notes were left around each style, and people could give a little write up on their opinion of the shoes.  Those post-it notes were then passed on to Nike designers.

In addition, Nike representatives gave the history on their classic silhouettes like the Dunk, Blazer, Pegasus, Trainer and the Air Max.  Follow the jump for pictures from the event and a sneak-peek into some of the styles that were exhibited!  As always, stay up on the blog for more info about when these styles will hit shelves.  Plenty of our good friends were there to celebrate the Nike collection with us, for additional pictures and write-ups on the styles there, check out our good friends at TheShoeGame
