Hand selected and distributed to only 7 key accounts, the latest collaboration between Shoe Gallery in Miami, Upset Gentlemen and Adidas is an absolute collectors item.  Upset Gentlemen is the latest apparel venture from the owners of Miami Ink in Florida.  Set in premium oxblood leather, the toebox and upper portion of the silhouette also features some mesh with contrasting grey leather.  Lined with a blue/white gingham print, the blue navy outsole is complemented with off-white and white tonal coloring.

These will be releasing at Wish on Saturday, 3/13/2010.  Sizing is extremely limited and the size run is expected to sell quickly.  The ZX700 Boat will be retailing for $110.  Follow the jump for all the pictures.

The latest installment of the Star Wars Adidas Collection has arrived with matching graphics installed on the collectible box.  Inspired by the iconic Tie Fighter, the Nizza Hi is set in black and grey leather with black capped “Star Wars” inscribed laces to match.  The Forum Mid catalogs the imagery of the AT-AT, the four-legged machine walker first displayed in Star Wars V.

Both styles are now available from Wish, with the Nizza retailing for $95, and the Forum Mid for $128.

We previewed these to you a few days ago with a pretty dope video.  The Star Wars collection by Adidas has been extremely well-accepted across the board.  Releasing this Friday, the 29th, Wish will be releasing the “Yoda” edition ZX700 and the “Luke Skywalker” edition Top Ten.  Arguably two of the most relevant Adidas silhouettes today, the colorways are a spot on interpretation of the characters with tasteful implementation.

The first of the releases this week include a Superstar 80 by London based street artist Pochoir.  The silhouette was recruited to be part of a Five-Two 3 Artist collection.  While the pictures don’t do the shoe justice, the silhouette features hints of 3M upper set in grey with blue accents.

The first Stan Smith (slightly different than the above) was introduced in 1965!  Originally designed for grass courts, the silhouette has definitely evolved over the past few decades into the recently created “Trefoil Mid” featuring foiled fabrics and an upper strap.  This women’s shoe looks great in the pictures, but it looks even better on.  Grab these from Wish for $88, available now!

New York based Nom De Guerre collaborated on the Forum Mid for the final installment of the Adidas Five-Two 3-Projects Brand pack.  This shoe’s design was inspired from a military style jungle boot.  To compliment the concept, Nom De Guerre reworked the Forum’s ankle strap to model a war-hospital angle strap.  These are now available @ Wish for $156.

If you’ve been shopping at Wish long enough, you know you’ve been looking forward to this since….well, since the last one.  Every year we do two sales in the warehouse adjacent to our Moreland location.  Basically here is what happens: over the past few months we’ve been compiling some of the best shoes from Summer/Spring ‘09 and Fall/Winter’08 into our secluded warehouse.  And then twice a year, we open it up and let the shoes go for ridiculous price points, this year shoes will be selling for $19, $29, and $39.

This isn’t just all the crappy shoes, the selection will include (but is not limited to) Nike, Adidas, Supra, Creative Recreation, Puma, Keep, Vans, Reebok, and plenty of other brands and styles you have seen come through Wish before. And don’t be fooled, among the mix will also include some New Era Fitted’s, as well as Apparel from some of your favorite brands. We’d be surprised if you left spending much more than about $75 and your hands were full of sneakers.

So, if you’re a student, it’s a great time to re-up on your shoe game and bring some stuff out on campus that the kids won’t know what hit ‘em.  If you’re a business professional, maybe it’s time to use that bonus a little more wisely and get some more bang for your buck.  Or maybe you are getting a super jump start on your Christmas shopping… you know, pick up some shoes for a dub, then play it off like you dropped $120 on the person around Christmas time.
