The first time around, we got these in all silver.  They did really well, so we decided to bring them back around this time in the Red and Blue Patent leather.  The Jet Pack is one of those shoes that looks good on the shelf and in the pictures, but it really proves itself the minute you actually try it on.  So try and swing through the shop and try a pair on and see what you think about them… I’m pretty sure you’ll like what you see.

Now on to the good stuff.  The event on the 25th was a huge success, with a great turn out.  Pusha T and Malice were super cool taking time to sign autographs, take pictures, and just chop it up with all of you guys for a solid hour and a half.  Around 300-350 people attended over the course of the night.  The open bar lasted about 45 minutes until the Atlanta PD unfortunately cut off the alcohol serving.  We apologize for that inconvenience and promise to have our ducks in order for the next event to avoid interruption.

Among the highlights of the night were a Wish x Play Cloths Ice Sculture and a raffle for two custom engraved Wish wood boxes (only 3 ever made).  Attendees could buy one ticket for $1, or seven tickets for $5 and all the proceeds went to support Atlanta flood victims and their families.  The winner’s received the custom wood boxes packed full of an autographed New Era, Play Cloths t-shirt, stickers,  few Wish x Play Cloths sharpies and some other swag.

All in all, a great night.  We’d like to thank Play Cloths and CLIPSE for swinging through and hanging out.  We’d also like to thank DJ Baby Yu  for keeping the music fresh.  And most importantly thanks to all you guys for coming out and making the event an extreme success.  As always, stay up on the Wish blog for more info regarding future events and colabs!

New York based Nom De Guerre collaborated on the Forum Mid for the final installment of the Adidas Five-Two 3-Projects Brand pack.  This shoe’s design was inspired from a military style jungle boot.  To compliment the concept, Nom De Guerre reworked the Forum’s ankle strap to model a war-hospital angle strap.  These are now available @ Wish for $156.
