Shipping and Handling:
All Continental U.S. orders placed Monday – Friday before 12:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will ship out same day. Any orders that are placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays). All International orders will be shipped out the following business day from when they are placed.

In-Store Pick-Up (Local Customers Only)
If you are a local customer, you can make an in-store pickup for your order free of shipping charges. Select In-Store Pickup for your order at the time of checkout and your items will be available for pick up immediately from our Moreland Ave. store. Order placed after 5:00pm EST will be available for pick-up the following business day. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be available for pick-up the following Monday (excluding Holidays). To pick up your order in-store, you must provide the following:
· Copy of your order
· The credit card used for purchase
· A photo ID
Orders will be held for 7 days
Wish proudly ships worldwide. As an added protection for our International customers, we only accept PayPal payments for International orders. Our International Shipping rates are as follows below:

* Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your international order. Additionally, some international orders may receive delays at the destination’s customs office. Unfortunately, wish cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Brand Shipping Restrictions
Per the request of some of our brands, the following can only be shipped to the countries listed below:

As an added convenience, Wish Atlanta now offers electronic gift certificates that can be purchased from our online shop and emailed to your friends or family. You can purchase these gift cards in a range of amounts. If you would like to purchase a gift card, you can do so here. Online gift cards may only be redeemed online, at WishATL.com. In-store gift cards may only be redeemed in-store at our Moreland Ave. location and may not be used online. In order to use your gift certificate, just enter the gift card serial number at checkout.
Certain product listed on our online shop or blog is available for phone order by contacting our Moreland Ave. shop here in Atlanta. To place a phone order, call 404.880.0402 ext #2. Sales associates are available between regular store hours to assist you in ordering. Once your phone order has been placed, you will receive an email tracking notification within 24 hours of placing order.
Phone orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped out same day, or the following Monday (if placed on a Saturday or Sunday). Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will ship out the following business day.
Limited Shoe Releases:
Phone orders on limited shoe or exclusive product releases will be made available after 5:00 pm EST on the day of the release.
Certain product listed on our online shop or blog is available for email orders by contacting us at email@example.com. To expedite your email ordering process, please include a style and size description in your request as well as your shipping address. If the product requested is available, we will issue a PayPal invoice for the items + shipping. You do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice, you may pay the balance with any major credit card. You can pay the invoice at your earliest convenience; items will be on hold for 24 hours after which they will be taken off hold and the invoice cancelled.
Returns, Exchanges and Store Credits:
**Holiday Return Policy:
All online purchases placed before Dec. 24th can be exchanged or returned for online store credit by Jan. 8th, 2014.
Online returns are easy. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from WishATL.com, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or a store credit. To make a return or exchange you must fill out the “returns” form that was in your original shipment and include the completed form in your return package. We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse as Wish cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify, what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange. If you would like a store credit you can select “Store Credit”. All store credits issued will only be valid for redemption in our online shop, WishATL.com, and are valid for one year from the issue date.
Items must be returned in the following condition:
· New Condition
· Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
· Tags must be attached
If you are returning shoes or other footwear, the original box must be included, free of damage and shipping labels.
As an added convenience to our local customers, you can receive an in-store exchange or in-store credit for your online purchase at our Moreland Ave. location. Any exchange or store credit in-store, will be given in compliance with our in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original purchase within 10 days of original purchase date. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. Store credits issued in-store are only valid for use at our Moreland Ave. location and cannot be redeemed online.
