EXHIBITION: ALL I WANTED TO BE IS WHAT I BECAME: A social study of Civil Disobedience in the Land of the Lost and Found. This collection is an introspective look at the Rebel aspect of our namesake. The true definition of the Rebel: this season's offerings include clever detailing as well as a timeless color palette with subtle rebellious tones and textures. This milestone collection is by far our most cohesive and straightforward collection to date. All in all, an ode to to the gentlemen who know that righteousness lies outside the system; that in order to know justice and know peace, one must challenge certainty.

Brand Manifesto: G.P.P.R. Manifesto: The Gentleman, the Philosopher, the Pervert, the Rebel: all aspects of an amalgam, a single entity. These seemingly independent facets are by no means compartmentalized, as these four aspects are intertwine with one another: the chivalrous and proper Gentleman; the progressive and probing Philosopher; the indulgent and excessive Pervert; the subversive and defiant Rebel. The modern renaissance Man, a polymath of versatility, an old fashioned soul in modern times. GPPR constructs garments around this understanding, creating menswear imbued with aspects of these personalities, seeking to embody the modern Renaissance Man.

Our lead buyer, Kim Hall took a few minutes to pick out her favorite items that we have in stock and linked them up to Saturday's release. Finding the shoes is just half the battle. Once you've scored your coveted pair of shoes that you blew an entire paycheck on and waited in line for, now you have to find what to wear it with.

We have taken it upon ourselves to handpick a few pieces that we would personally pair with the "Aqua". The pieces do not necessarily match which we like, but it all works together somehow. The Air Jordan "Aqua" will be dropping January 7th so be sure to get yours before they are gone!

 

Continuing our 5-Year Anniversary celebration, we recently joined Stussy for a taut collection of custom-curated Wish x Stussy "WISH TRIBE" designs. Working with the storied brand, we ventured into the deep Stussy archives to find iconic visuals and recognizable font selections for the two-piece capsule that includes a t-shirt and crewneck sweater emblazoned with the verbiage, "WORLDWIDE WISH TRIBE 5TH ANNIVERSARY." The colorway is mocked up in a black, charcoal and vibrant orange modus with an oversized front graphic being complemented by an understated "WISH X STUSSY" hit along the back neck. Giving nod the special anniversary, a Stussy script "5" sits above the "WISH X STUSSY" verbiage and is complemented by a lighted birthday candle.

The Wish x Stussy t-shirt and crewneck collaboration will be offered in limited supply exclusively our Moreland Ave. location as well as through our web shop beginning Saturday, December 17th. Retail is set at $28 USD and $56 USD respectively.

We've been closely following the forthcoming KAWS Companion install at the High Museum of Art the last few days. The monumental structure launches in advance of his "Down Time" Exhibition that will launch on February 18, 2012 at the High Museum of Art Atlanta. We snapped a couple of pics of the install... needless to say we're stoked about the final exhibit.

An account that holds an extremely limited number of retailers, Vans Vault has made its way to our online shop. We're proud to announce that moving forward, we'll be among some fo the few select vendors to retail the Vans Vault releases through our online shop. This means you'll be able to browse, shop and add to cart the coveted Vault styles each season. Any current styles or silhouettes that were already available in our shop are now available online to purchase, while forthcoming drops will also be made available directly online.

We're excited as we gear up for the forthcoming DGK x Diamond Supply Co. release. We'll be hosting a special in-store event and launch of the entire line this Friday, October 21st, in-store at our Moreland Ave. location. The In-store event will run from 6:30pm EST to 9:00pm EST and Stevie Williams will be in attendance. Sounds will be provided by DJ Teknology with an official afterparty going on at Primal Atlanta.
